Npm Github registry

I saw that it is possible to use npm-registry flag to give different registry url, but for instance, github npm registry needs _auth_token. It is possible to use .npmrc file on root where main.go is and use it? or other way?

i never deploy the server with private registry, but i agreed with you this feature is good, i will add it later! pr welcome as well~ thanks!
