Add Data Link to sqaure cells

The link of each cell is subject to change according to a field value in the data.
I have used the same for table panels
https://dummy.com/services/result-detail/**field_value**/item/**field_value**-1/run-results
Can anyone explain me how to do the same here
Also the significance of Source label and Target labels
