Unable to un-select the flashing method after options for the method were configured

If I select Use probe-rs instead of espflash, then enable some options in Flashing, logging and debugging (probe-rs), I can't switch from probe-rs to espflash anymore

And vice-versa, if going the opposite direction but at least Use probe-rs instead of espflash becomes unavailable.

PS: if you only select defmt printing, you can still switch between both, as this option is the same for them

Desired state:

1. I'd like to be always able to switch between two, with cancelling selected options for the method being switched (preferred, I guess)
2. Make it obvious that switching is impossible after options for the flashing method were selected (e.g. warning in the footnote

1 would be doable if we could remember the selected options - i.e. select a few under probe-rs, switch to espflash, switch back to probe-rs, and the selected options would be active again. I think it would be a bit of effort to actually do it, but it would be the best UX.

We might want to re-consider the way to switch the flashing method - while working fine, the current situation is kind of a work-around already

One way to mitigate things w/o any code changes (just changing the template-yml) might be to have these options in just one category e.g.

Still not ideal but at least makes it easier to understand what is needed to un-select "probe-rs"
