Investigate flashing with ESP-Prog

We've had reports of espflash not resetting properly the device when using ESP-Prog.

This seems like a hardware thing, reports where from P4-EV-board which also has a C6 on it. And most likely the issue is that P4 is holding the reset/boot signals of C6... Nothing espflash can do about this.
