Monitor defmt logs

Hello,
I am trying to get logs without reflashing my esp32s3, with a espflash monitor.
I can reset the chip, and I have some logs (that I assume are coming from the bootloader), and then some gibberish (I assume this is because my esp-generate generated project use defmt, or a bad baudrate configuration).

Do you know what I am doing wrong? May be an option to pass to espflash to decode defmt rtt logs?

try espflash monitor -L defmt --elf <your .elf>

Thanks but I don't have any .elf, I am just running cargo run, or when I cargo build, I have an executable without any extension.
Side question, do you know how I can have a .bin, either from the executable without extension that I obtain in target/xtensa-esp32s3-none-elf/release, or from a cargo command?

The "executable without extension" is an elf file that should have the defmt information.

You can extract a bin with espflash save-image.
