New app to control ATS mini Radio running this firmware

Please have a look at this Python app I created to control the ATS Mini Radio

I implemented as many features as possible. Theme and memory editors were giving me issues so I skipped those for now. Screenshot usually works but sometimes it has timeout issues. If you have issues, disconnect and try reconnecting with a different baud rate.

Required libraries: Pillow, pyserial
