Indication of unsaved parameters

I think it would be useful to make an indication of changed and unsaved parameters.
Sometimes it happens that you change the frequency or other parameters and turn off the receiver and the settings are not saved.
This can be done in the form of a red dot (circle) or an asterisk in the place where the saving process indication appears.

In version 2.14, there were a couple of times when the radio would freeze at startup, and I had to reset eeprom. There is an assumption that this was the result of errors in eeprom that appeared when turning off during saving.
Is there a check for the integrity of eeprom data on startup?

There are no checks. We are considering migration to another library to store the data, see #94

There are (almost) no checks. The whole eeprom blob has a version number to force the reset, but I used it sparingly and that is likely resulted in the effects you mentioned
