Add option to set encoder to Volume instead of Tuning in Unlocked Sleep mode to allow volume changes while asleep

Would it be possible to add additional option to Sleep Mode something like: Unlocked Volume - allow set the volume in sleep mode instead of tuning?

Just use the volume shortcut (press the encoder for 0.5 seconds)
