Support direct frequencey entry via Serial interface

Since there are more and more GUI apps being written it would be great to have a feature added to Set the frequency via Serial interface so that users can quickly toggle directly to a station. Thanks!

I'm working on CAT protocol support and also on an extended command set. It will work over serial, bluetooth and likely Wi-Fi later on
