Change frequency whilst in the Scan view

Is it possible to add the feature of being able to change the frequency by pressing and turning the encoder whilst in the scan view? V2.30

It is definitely doable, but unfortunately these modes are mutually exclusive and it will require more changes than I'd like.

In other words I do not plan to implement it in the near future
