WiFi connection issues after updating to version 2.31

I'd like to inform you that after updating to version 2.31 (ospi), coming from version 2.30 (ospi), I had some issues with the radio's WiFi connection.
Having kept the existing configuration completely, I could only successfully connect to my smartphone, no longer to my home WiFi router.

To resolve this and maintain version 2.31 (ospi), I had to reset the radio's configuration (Encoder + Power ON).
Only after re-entering all the WiFi configuration variables did the radio function properly.
After this, I also re-entered the 99 channel memories and EiBi list, as usual.

Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this (the commands were run on macOS, but should work on Windows as well if you install uvx and adjust the COM port name):

1. Flashed 2.30 with a full flash erase (-e): uvx esptool --chip esp32s3 --port /dev/cu.usbmodem14401 --baud 921600 --before default-reset --after hard-reset write-flash -z --flash-mode keep --flash-freq keep -e 0x0 ats-mini.ino.bootloader.bin 0x8000 ats-mini.ino.partitions.bin 0x10000 ats-mini.ino.bin
2. Enabled AP Only mode and entered WiFi Network 1 credentials
3. Switched to Connect mode and the receiver successfully connected to my Wi-Fi network
4. Flashed 2.31 without a full erase: uvx esptool --chip esp32s3 --port /dev/cu.usbmodem14401 --baud 921600 --before default-reset --after hard-reset write-flash -z --flash-mode keep --flash-freq keep 0x0 ats-mini.ino.bootloader.bin 0x8000 ats-mini.ino.partitions.bin 0x10000 ats-mini.ino.bin
5. The receiver connected to my Wi-Fi network again just fine

I'm nut sure what caused your problem, but I got one similar report for 2.30 #215

There were no Wi-Fi related changes in 2.31, but possible suspects are the dynamic CPU speed and the upgrade of ESP32 Arduino Core to 3.3.0.

Let's see whether there are other people with similar problems.

Also there is an important detail: do you have multiple access points configured in the receiver settings? If yes, does it connect to the first one?

In 2.30, I had configured two access points, first one home router, second one phone hotspot. After updating, it did not connect to the home router, so I made a reset. After that I just put the home router in the settings for now.
