Describe the component you'd like

Hello everybody!
I have SHT4x Smart Gadget with BLE (https://sensirion.com/products/catalog/SHT4x-Smart-Gadget)
This devise supported by Home Assistant https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/sensirion_ble/ but it's not supported with esphome. I don't have / use Home Assistant but use some esphome devices that collect data and post to my mqtt broker. Is it possible to add this device to esphome? Unfortunately I don't have enough experience to create the right component.
