"Update all" function and offline devices

Describe the enhancement

At the moment, when you use the "update all" function, the dashboard compiles and tries to OTA update ALL of the devices, including the offline ones, of course resulting in an error. Shouldn't the "update all" button/function on the dashboard skip the offline ESPHome devices?

Use cases

This would save time for all of us who have a lot of offline devices.

It would be awesome if it skipped offline devices. Another option could be change it from update all to update selected. Then implement a check box on each entry in the gui for selection.
