Pull request (integrate) Hiking DDS238-4 W and DTS238-7 Wifi Energy Meters into the main components.
Currently it resides in a user Github repo, and I was unable to get him to respond or create a pull request.

What are your use cases for this component?

Open source witl ESPHome.
I hve already flashed the component and it works fine, but would like to have it in the official repo.

Is there a public datasheet, documentation and/or schematics?
