Describe the enhancement

The new model supports partial refresh (see https://www.waveshare.com/7.5inch-e-paper-hat.htm) but this is not yet implemented in the 7.50in-bV3-bwr model.

Use cases

The display takes ~20 seconds to refresh so partial refresh is vital for use cases needing ~1 minute updates (eg time of day!).
