Describe the Web Server enhancement

Currently web_server is available on both WiFi station and access point, but for security it would be practical to enable it only to e.g. AP.

Use cases

I would like to connect device to the public wifi (for connectivity), but have configuration safely available only on the AP network because it is privately encrypted.

Only security measure I can offer is to guard webserver by the HTTP auth, but I don't want to offer users to do this because this will leak the config password to the other users of the public network.
