Fixed wrong config in reset_and_drdy. (AEGHB-365)

wrong config_data created in iot_hdc2010_set_reset_and_drdy 7 bit have to be config->soft_res acording to 7.6.15 Reset and DRDY/INT Configuration Register

hi @FriendOrYes . According to the HDC2010 datasheet, the seventh bit was indeed filled in incorrectly. To speed up the merging process, you need to synchronize with the latest master branch.
