would it be possible to add support for esp32c6 in esp_peer?

The only thing is a missing libpeer_default.a for target esp32c6.

esp32c6 based openai demo (I have a wave share board with dual mic and esp32c6)

@chwzr Yes, it is possible to build one for esp32c6. But I think it's hard to run on esp32c6 for it has no SPI-RAM. So the memory may not enough. OpenAI need use opus encoding and decoding, for esp32c6 the cpu may full occupied (library not optimized yet). I think better to run it on esp32s3 or esp32p4 which memory and cpu not so urgent.
