Erase Wifi Stored in Esp32c6 through esp32p4

I want to know how to reset wifi configuration of esp32c6 from esp32p4. i am using esp32p4 development board.
and whenever i am trying to create a hotspot on esp32p4 , it fail with ip address issue (means my phone is not receiving ip address from esp32p4 development board)
