Stock CameraWebServer example, compiled for ESP32-S3, works in streaming mode. It is able to take a picture (JPEG) at small resolution. And soon after that: buffer overflow again, camera stops responding. Non-stop. Note lost characters:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Use latest Arduino IDE to compile and upload CameraWebServer example
2. Start the example and connect to the webserver
3. Choose any resolution > svga and try to make a photo.

Tested with ESP32 AiThinker clone and with ESP32S3-EYE clone.

Experiment #1: open the CameraWebServer page (example is running, connected to an AP), don't change any settings and just press "Start stream". Then stop the stream, choose high resolution (>1024x768) and try to make still. Picture wont appear and in console it will be a steady stream of "OVF" messages, which never stops. After that you can not make pictures or start a stream anymore until reboot

Experiment#2: follow Experiment#1 but with my own sketch: function which captures the frame returns by timeout, no matter how big this timeout is.

For lower resolutions (like 320x240) it all works as it should.

PS: For the experiments I made a fresh installation of : Arduino IDE 2.3.6, Arduino Core (by Espressif) v3.3.4

In the initial configuration of the sensor, you must first select the maximum expected resolution that you will use and only after starting the sensor, select a lower resolution. You can never go above the initially configured resolution!
