[Feature Request]: Use custom openocd build

Hi,

I would like to run my custom build when I press program or debug.

I've searched a bit and did not find a setting to custom openocd binary.

Is this possible?

It is possible.

Just run your openOCD from terminal and in your vscode ESP-IDF project launch.json set "runOpenOCD": false. The Debug session would try to connect to any existing server in localhost:3333
