HRM clock_info - does it obey the health settings for HRM off, 3m, 10m or always

I'm thinking that the HRM clock_info is basically always on whilst being selected.

Would it be better for battery life if it was following the health app settings of off, 3m, 10m or always on.

For HRM I think its now possible to select "update only on click". But I think the same would be nice for the steps -- I think they are also updated quite often.

It'll update whenever the HRM is on, so if you've got it set to "update only on click" it'll update only when tapped or when the health app is measuring - so that'll do exactly what you want
