Bangle.js 2 not working out of the box.

I recently just bought a new bangle.js 2, and when I put it on the charger, I waited for an hour. I tried to turn it on by pressing the power button, and it doesn't work. Please help.

Does it power on if you try to turn it on with the charge cable connected?
