Espruino Web IDE: Web Cam Feature and Testing Feature

Just became aware of that Web Cam feature steps on Testing Feature's toes.

In Settings->General, Turn Web Cam Feature off if you want to use Testing Feature and vice versa. When both are on - Web Cam icon and Testing icon (eye) show in left border bar of the IDE - and you switch to Testing Feature by clicking Testing icon, Testing view shows with only some of the view elements and background is dark/black. When turning Cam on by clicking Cam icon, the Cam's view shows in the background but still many Testing view elements don't show.

Interesting - thanks. I wonder why it's causing some items not to appear.
