Missing secret `opengatellm-stack-redis`

When installing opengatellm-stack some pods are missing the opengatellm-stack-redis.

It's unclear what is expected inside this secret.

Also it feels like the chart would deploy the redis but it seems like it's not the case.

Fixed it.

I needed to helm dep update the core chart first as it was used as depedency to the stack chart.
When both are up to date, installation tracks.

Maybe change documentation to make it clear that both must be dep update to get stack up and ready ?
