Docker Image Format v1 and Docker Image manifest version 2

After upgrading Docker-CE to v26.0.1 I can no longer run the quay.io/coreos/etcd image.

$ docker run -it quay.io/coreos/etcd
Unable to find image 'quay.io/coreos/etcd:latest' locally

Is this a known issue? Am I missing something?

Running Ubuntu 22.04 amd64 with docker-ce 26.0.1.

Please do not use the :latest tag, you need to specify an etcd version. Refer discussion in #15382

Example: docker run -it quay.io/coreos/etcd:v3.5.13
