Cancel the triage meeting and extend the regular community meeting to one hour

The proposal is to cancel the triage meeting and extend the regular community meeting to one hour (you can also call it merging the two meetings into one). Reasons & points:

• We don't have many maintainers/reviewers/members to join the triage meeting. While our regular community meeting has enough attendance.
• Actually I didn't agree to have the triage meeting in the first place. Simply assigning issues to different people doesn't work. I understand that the intention is good: try to attract more contributors. But the problem for now is there is slow & little response from maintainers/reviewers or experienced contributors. Without timely follow-up, inviting contributors might end up being discouraging rather than helpful.
• We should try to discuss only the priorities (including critical/major issues/PRs) instead of all historical issues/PRs in our regular meeting. The key point is there is someone (maintainers/reviewers/experienced members) to followup what we discussed in the community meeting.
• Although we extend the regular meeting to one hour, we can still end earlier if there isn't enough topic to discuss.

Hey, gonna clarify here: the triage meeting was proposed by a SIG co-chair, and approved by consensus of the community meeting back when we started it. We can change that, but I need to make it clear that it was created, officially, by the SIG.

Combined vs. separate triage meetings are both something that other SIGs do. The key is just making sure that the triage happens. I know of other SIGs who broke out their triage to a separate meeting specifically because they were never getting to in in the general meeting, and other SIGs where triage regularly happens in general meetings.

So let's try it, and we can separate the meetings again if we're not getting to the triage.
