What we achieved in the scripture editor code

• Added a UI button which is displayed when verses have audio
• On click, play audio as well as show waveform for the audio
• audio was accessed from public folder

As per discussion with Joel, moving this issue to done, as the changes made in scripture editor to bring audio player inside editor might affect the editor. Proceeding with an audio player in Theia extension to display along with the reference bible panel (refer #97)
