FirecREST CLI could fetch the `--api-version` automatically.

From a user point of view, investigating and finding out which FirecREST version is deployed on a HPC, is a bit of an effort.

Instead the cli, could automatically fetch and set the api version using client credentials.

│    --api-version                           TEXT   Set the version of the api of firecrest. By default it will be assumed that you are using version 1.13.1 or compatible. The version is parsed by the `packaging` library.            │

Hi @khsrali , we can do something better indeed. This information is not always in the url or the headers so we did this to not make always an extra request, but will consider this again.
