I would like to configure a Etherpad instance that only allows admins, or perhaps any authenticated user, to create new pads but allow anyone to edit existing ones -- is this possible? |

You can do that via the admin api. I believe we don't have an api for this but could be beneficial if I think about it. Feel free to create an issue in etherpad-lite |
