Svelte-h2j Version Plan

As svelte is changing and we need to maintain this library to change with svelte compiler versions. I have decided to have version on the basis of svelte. So if u are using svelte v3 you will use a version of svelte-h2j with v3 and same goes for other versions.
We have support for svelte v3 and v4. Soon, @theetherGit will update the version system of this package.

As svelte is compiler, We need to adapt the changes made my svelte and it will be hard for developers who are using v3 and v4 in future as v5 will introduce more new things and changes to compiler api. So it will be easy for developers to install svelte-h2j according to svelte version.
