ENV variables no longer available

Previously, there were corresponding ENV variables description to the flags for both op-node and op-geth. Now it seems that only the flags are available e.g. at https://docs.optimism.io/node-operators/guides/consensus-config#consensus-layer-configuration-options-op-node.

Is it possible to restore this without anyone having to run the CLI?
