Provide an easy rollup tutorial/builder

Optimism and OP Stack is awesome rollup solution to building own mainnet.
Unfortunately, it didn`t used as much as expected because of lack of accessibility.
tutorials and documentation are outdated, and requires too many step to launch node.

What if it can be built with only one step, just one command?
I've been working one-touch rollup solution.
