I have started working on a solution for Collective Governance GPT idea at https://contribute.optimism.io/issue/governance-gpt to make governance more accessible

we are implementing a RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based Chatbot with knowledge from below sources

1. Governance Docs
2. Governance Forum Posts
3. The Charters, Law of Chains, etc.
4. From other sources related to Optimism Collective possibly github repos and discussions

we are looking to implement the following features

1. Answer common questions and queries regarding governance
2. Updatable Knowledge base
3. Embedable as a widget and also an independent site
4. Probably graph based knowledge base to answer questions better
5. Provide a source of truth / infomation to links as references
