I want to work on building Government Grant Claiming Tool as per the Builder Idea @ https://contribute.optimism.io/issue/grant-claiming-tool

Will implement the Key Features listed in the Idea page

1. Mimicking Allowance Claim
2. User-Friendly UX : will use the @eth-optimism/ui-components whereever possible
3. Secure Authentication : web3 wallet integration
4. Grant Information Display
5. Claiming History and Status
6. Responsive Design

I have a few queries for now

1. Is there a official Next.js Template for Optimism builds
2. Is Web3 wallet authentication sufficent or will we have to integrate other ways like farcaster / Oauth
3. How can I get the information related to the current Grants
   • Is there a offical source of truth for all the grants (Retro & mission)
   • How can we pass the information from Grants related Governance processes to the Portal
   • How can we get the progress of the funds being streamed and the project milestones
