Broken Discord invite links on homepage

Tried to join Discord groups, but none of the three links are working in the homepage.

Dead links:

• https://discord.gg/Nz6rtfJ8Cu (ECH Institute)
• https://discord.gg/EVTQ9crVgQ (Eth R&D)
• https://discord.gg/mRzPXmmYEA (Ethereum wallets)

All three return "Invite invalid". A permanent link might be needed for each one

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to homepage https://eips.ethereum.org/
2. Click on any Discord links on the Header, (i.e: ECH Institute)

Expected: "Join Discord Server"
Actual: "Invite Invalid"
