bug(consume): bad command in `consume_direct.sh` from direct's `--dump-dir`

The shell script written to the consume direct's debug directory (generated via `consume direct --dump-dir=tmp`) is broken. For example, for blockchain tests (and geth), the test fixture name needs to be escaped before writing to file. There seem to be other problems with `--dump-dir` too - needs proper testing.
