I would like to bring up the following consensus spec PR:

• Replace INTERVALS_PER_SLOT with explicit slot component times consensus-specs#4476

This is an alternative to #3510. At ACDC about a month ago, we decided to hold off on merging this change until after Fulu. There has been renewed interest in merging one of these PRs sooner. It would make rebasing EIP-7732 to Fulu simpler and is somewhat necessary to start working on EIP-7782 specs.

Discuss updates on Perfect PeerDAS Syncing: topic seems to be a blocker that was raised on ACD-T and we need updates from client teams on how long it would take for clients to fix this issue.

I would also like to open up discussions on blob limit scheduling. My proposal:

move BPO1 to 24 Nov, BPO2 to 15 Dec, and BPO3 to 14 Jan

it lets us get to higher throughput levels more quickly

we then have plenty of room for a BPO4/5 up to Pectra's 8x throughput through Feb/Mar '26

Would be good to get more feedback on ethereum/beacon-APIs#546 before merging it, mostly from L2s which will be the primary consumer of the blobs api.

Open questions are

• response content: KZG commitments / versioned hash together with the blob vs. just the blob
• query parameters/filters: indices vs. versioned hashes

Proposed dates are potential options only, have not been agreed at ACD, are subject to change, including if issues arise in implementation/testing/security
