test_blocks.py throwing many errors #891
Description
after setting up dev environment and initializing fixtures submodule according to the wiki, running
'py.test ethereum/tests/test_blocks.py' returns heaps of errors. Is this meant to happen? (note that this is on Mac OS and on the develop branch and my rlp version is 1.0.2)
