Max eb is showing wrong amount on the top up page

The max eb amount in the table on the top up page is showing 32 eth when it should be showing 64 eth. See the attached image

it seems as this is resolved with the current dev branch, but not on the production site. So I leave this open until the production site is updated to the current dev branch
