Set default supportedVersions to 1 #783
Description
We currently set our default supported version of the Portal Network Protocol to 0 even though we already have version 1 support built. Is there any reason to not default our supported version to 1? We should update if there are no roadblocks.
Currently, we set it here
Ideally, this would be a constant that we define in types andif then import and set in the above as the default if nothing else is provided in the constructor opts.
