Fee Schedule

The Yellow Paper's Appendix G is updated to always refer to the newest fee schedule. Here we attach the fee schedule that should be applied from block number 0 in Ethereum and Ethereum Classic mainnet.

Gas Cost

As the fee constants have been determinted, this RFC should also specify the gas cost algorithms to be executed. The currently should refer to the EIP-150 revision of the yellow paper.
