Description
According to ERC 721, the metadata extension for ERC-721 allows the smart contract to be interrogated for its name and for details about the assets which the NFTs represent. The metadata consists of name, symbol and tokenURI.
The tokenURI is a distinct Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for a given asset (each NFT has an individual tokenURI).
URIs are defined in RFC 3986. The URI may point to a JSON file that conforms to the "ERC721 Metadata JSON Schema".

name can be any string which is unique for the NFT.
In our case, I would propose a template like "<product name> - #<token id>".
description can be any descriptive string which explains what the NFT is about.
In our case, the most important policy metadata should be included in human readable form,
each datapoint on a separate line, separated by \n.
image is a URI which points to an image.
In our case, I'd incorporate a base64 encoded PNG as a data URI.
Putting everything together, for FlightDelay, I propose the following template:
