Add addressIndex in Wallet constructor

ethers.Wallet relies on path to generate the private key corresponding to a specific address, but an Ethereum path is formatted as m/44'/60'/0'/0/0, with the last number corresponding to the address index, which can be unsafe. An addressIndex param in the Wallet constructor would make account handling safer.
