Testing: ethers.providers.JsonRpcProvider

I'd like to share a simple code snippet from what I use from the package:

const rpcProvider = new ethers.providers.JsonRpcProvider(
  networkConfig.httpProvider,
  networkConfig.chainId,
)

export async function getBalance(address: string) {
  const balance = await rpcProvider.getBalance(address)

  return balance.toString()
}

My question is how I can test getBalance as a method ?

I don’t understand. You are using getBalance as a method.

I'd like to make unit testing test coverage of those methods:

• getBalance
• getTransaction
• getGasFee

I'd like to understand how to test: JsonRpcProvider
