Cannot remove provided liquidity

Summary: Unable to remove liquidity from uniswap v2
Adding liquidity was successful, but, cannot remove added liquidity.
Outstanding error messages:

• RPC Error: execution reverted {code: -32000, message: 'execution reverted'}

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open uniswap app
2. Go to pool -> V2 Liquidity
3. Confirm you have provided liquidity for IMPACTXP/ETH pair, if not add the pair and add liquidity.
4. Manage -> remove
5. specify amount 10%. Note: if ending balance of token is 000, changed it to 001.
6. adjust slippage to 13%-18%.
7. Approve -> Remove

Actual behavior: nothing happens
Expected behavior: Prompt for transaction confirmation and transaction should be processed upon confirmation.

I don't think this is an ethers error, this seems more application-specific. I'll leave this in the Q&A discussions though, in case anyone has more insight into the workflow.
