export constants "as const"?

Could be helpful for TypeScript, for example, ZeroAddress is typed as string in ethers so it does not typecheck in wagmi, where Address is 0x{string}

I think this is a good idea, but is it backwards compatible? Or should I add the major-version tag?

I think it could cause some lint warnings like "unnecessary type assertion" if people were using as Address, but I don't think it would cause any errors since e.g. 0x${string} is assignable to string. Maybe that's enough to be considered breaking though.

I’m also hoping TypeScript has nominal types by the time v7 is released. So Address and Hash (and such) can be strings, but still not used interchangeably…
