User should be able to specify log verbosity

When running integration tests from non bee clients, and checking bee interoperability, it would be incredibly handy to be able to set trace level verbosity on the bee logs.

Sounds good. I am not sure if the logger refactor of Bee is already released but with that it would be actually very easy to change the logging on the fly and not have to restart the whole Bee Factory just for it.
