Add neighborhood doubling related info / warnings

- In the `status` results, it would be good to include the doubling factor, and also it would be good to indicate whether the current amount of stake is sufficient for the given doubling factor
- When doing a `stake --deposit` transaction, it would be good to include a warning if the stake amount is too little for the given doubling factor
