`update_linter_factory()` strips commented out `unreachable_code` from `config.yml`

Thanks for the report. Ah yes it's because all linters in list_linters() are added to the list of linters to be used by default in inst/config.yml but since this one is not in the default list it is not included.

I think this linter should be removed entirely. I had left it opt-in for a few months but maybe it's time to remove it entirely now:
